For three generations, the Hôtel Restaurant Mendy ** has welcomed you to its charming hotel, which was once a beautiful traditional Basque house. Located 3 km from Saint Jean Pied de Port, the Hôtel Mendy** welcomes you in a warm and friendly atmosphere, from where you can admire the Pyrenees mountain range. The Hôtel Mendy ** has 15 cosy rooms, including a Junior Suite and a PMR room. To get your day off to a good start in our beautiful Pyrenees region, a continental breakfast is served between 8:00 and 10:00. To delight your taste buds with friends or family, Restaurant Mendy offers traditional, gourmet cuisine featuring authentic flavors and local produce. You can enjoy your meals on the restaurant terrace or relax in the hotel garden. For younger guests, there's a playground, a small soccer pitch and a petanque area. Please note that the restaurant is RESERVATION ONLY (closed on Sunday evenings and Mondays). Home-made takeaway machine, with the option of reheating in a room in the hotel. Located at the gateway to the Forêt d'Iraty, and very close to Saint Jean Pied de Port, the Hôtel Mendy** is an ideal base from which to discover the beauty of the Pyrénées-Atlantiques.
